The agenda for the Compulsory Pooling Study Group meeting in Sanford tomorrow, Friday March 22, is available on the DENR portal. Good to see they are moving ambitiously to address the recommendations they need to finalize by October. Again, this group has been very receptive to public participation and involvement, so I hope concerned citizens will be there. I also encourage folks to read over the links on the DENR portal – both the links for tomorrow’s meeting, and also from previous meetings (click on the links at the top of the agendas page for each of the previous meeting dates for powerpoint presentations, documents, and audio from each meeting) – and give feedback on the unfolding recommendations that will influence the regulations the state set for pooling and fracking in general. Personally, I will not be able to attend, so I hope that folks will provide a summary of the meeting for me.
